Heras DACH unites leading security specialists under a shared brand

“Part of Heras” becomes Heras

As of today, well-known companies in the security sector are operating under the unified name Heras. These include HERAS Deutschland GmbH, Freihoff Sicherheitsservice GmbH, Gleich GmbH, Schmid Alarm GmbH, vi2vi Retail Solution GmbH, vi2vi GMS AG, PROTEGO 24 GmbH and GBTS Plan GmbH. The companies from the DACH region are thus bringing together their expertise within mechanical, technical and IT-oriented security solutions under the Heras Group’s established European brand. The end of the successful rebranding phase on 2 November 2026 marked the completion of the companies’ gradual strategic integration in the DACH region and their joint transition to the Heras brand, Europe’s leading provider of independent, integrated 360° security solutions.

Strategic growth implemented step by step

The companies sought to join forces to offer a comprehensive portfolio, find solutions to challenges together and achieve even stronger growth as a group. Since February 2026, companies without Heras in their name have used the designation “Part of Heras” to clearly communicate their membership of the Heras Group externally.

From 2 November 2026, all participating companies are operating with a unified brand identity as Heras. This gives the Heras Group a clear identity for clients, partners and employees. It also creates a framework for reliably meeting large-scale and complex requirements in the field of seamless security technology. At the same time, existing regional structures and close local client relationships remain in place.
