Heras rolls out new brand strategy in Europe

European market leader in perimeter protection implements endorsement strategy

Heras, the European market leader in perimeter protection, is adding ‘A CRH Company’ to its current logo with immediate effect. Heras is in this way making a reference to its Irish parent company CRH, which has been the owner of the originally Dutch company since the 1980s. Through this change Heras wishes to convey more clearly that it is a division of the international company CRH, which is an expert in the field of innovative construction solutions with a clear focus on corporate social responsibility. The objective for Heras is to translate CRH’s international expertise to the local market so that the customer base can benefit from worldwide innovation.

Ragnhild Savenije, Brand Manager at Heras: ‘CRH is the leading brand in the construction materials industry. Heras is a dedicated partner, which means we are complementary to each other. Heras can tap into CRH’s vast knowledge and network. We translate this to the local market and offer customers a total solution in perimeter protection, which entails protecting people, places and possessions through demarcation, entrance control and detection. This goes far beyond only supplying smart technical products. So it is very beneficial to be able to rely on CRH’s broad expertise. And we are now communicating that more distinctly.’
